Crystal River Elementary School - Intermediate Grade Teacher (3-4, TBD)

The Roaring Fork School District is seeking applications for a dynamic, knowledgeable, innovative intermediate grade elementary teacher (3-4) to ensure that every student develops the enduring knowledge, skills and character to thrive in a changing world.

Crystal River Elementary School (CRES) serves a diverse and multilingual student population of 530 PreK- 4th grade students. Classroom teachers at CRES work closely and collaboratively with their team to develop and implement RFSD instructional model, and are supported through ongoing coaching cycles to help the continuous improvement of their craft.  CRES seeks a positive and proactive individual who strives to build strong relationships with parents, students, and colleagues and embraces the mission and vision of our school.

Required Qualifications:

*Colorado Elementary-Age Teaching License (0-8 or K-6) or ability to obtain

Desired Qualifications:

*Elementary teaching experience

*Experience teaching a diverse population of students including English Language Learners and previous work with intentionally implementing culturally responsive instruction.

*Strong background in literacy and mathematics instruction.

*Bilingual
