Roaring Fork High School is looking for a full-time, highly qualified Math teacher for the remainder of the 2018-19 school year and beyond. This position will teach a variety of Math courses across the curriculum. Retention of the chosen hire into 2019-20 is highly likely, but not guaranteed.
All teachers at RFHS are in charge of their own advisory (CREW). Candidates must possess, teach, and model the RFSD Habits of Scholar. Candidates must be willing to sponsor and support existing student programs. Selected candidates will be asked to provide a demonstration of their ability to teach to a wide range of students.
Finalist will teach a demonstration lesson in addition to participating in interviews.
RFHS is a small, comprehensive high school, with approximately 370 students, located in beautiful Carbondale, CO. Our school is comprised of approximately 57% Latino and 43% Anglo students.
Bilingual candidates preferred.
